The first-ever Faculty Talent Show of the Faculty of Technology, University of Ruhuna, was successfully held on 20 January 2026 at the Faculty Auditorium.

This initiative was a concept of the Dean, Prof. Subash Jayasinghe, aiming to create a platform that celebrates the creativity and hidden talents of the Faculty community.

The event provided a vibrant stage for both academic and non-academic staff members to showcase their diverse abilities. Performances included singing, acting, drama, dancing, creative writing, and announcing, reflecting the artistic spirit and enthusiasm within the Faculty.

The event was organized by Ms.Shakya Rathnaikage, whose dedication and coordination made the program a memorable and enjoyable experience for all participants and attendees.
