About the Programme

The Engineering Technology Honours degree programme is a four-year, full-time programme. It covers subjects in Basic Sciences, Mathematics, Workshop Technology, Electrical Systems, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Automobile Technology, Materials Engineering, Technical Drawing, and Computer Programming. A total of six months of industrial training at a recognised institution is a mandatory component of the degree programme. Students are also required to follow complementary subjects offered by the Department of Multidisciplinary Studies, as recommended by the programme.
