The Career Guidance Cell (CGC) and FOTCC at the FoT recently organized a highly anticipated mindfulness program, featuring Ms.H. G. Galbadage, Mr.H. Sandeepa and Mr. A.Sampath from the Career Circle at the Faculty of Technology, University of Ruhuna on 12th September 2024.

This workshop was conducted fot 8th batch undergraduates at faculty of technology auditorium on 10th September 2024 by CGU of University of Ruhuna. There were more than 300 students participating in the session, along with three dedicated undergraduate volunteers from FOTCC.

The LinkedIn workshop was re-conducted on 04th September 2024 at auditorium/FoT for 8th batch., featuring Mr. D. Siriwardena and Mr. A. Priyadarshana who are 3rd year and 2nd year students of DICT. There were 322 students participating in the session.

A misinformation awareness session was conducted on 21st August 2024 at NBSLT, Faculty of Technology premises in collaboration with Prathiba Media Network, Kamburupitiya. There were almost 50 students eagerly participating in the session, along with seven dedicated undergraduate volunteers from FOTCC.

The Career Circle at the Faculty of Technology recently embarked on an inspiring journey by organizing the second session of a Leadership Training Programme Narandeniya Central College, Kamburupitiya. It was conducted on 23rd July 2024 at Narandeniya Central College for school students by FOTCC

Industrial Consultation Committee Meeting organized by the Department of Engineering Technology, Faculty of Technology, University of Ruhuna, aimed to gather suggestions for curriculum enhancement from industry professionals and academia was held on 28th June 2024 at Saegis Campus in Nugegoda.
