Dr. (Ms.) K.K.N.B. Adikaram is a Senior Lecturer in Management in the Department of Multidisciplinary Studies, Faculty of Technology, University of Ruhuna. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Kelaniya, a Graduate Certificate of Research Studies in Business from Queensland University of Technology, a Master of Science in Agri Business Management and a B.Sc. (Special) Degree in Marketing Management. Her professional experience spans academia, university administration, project management, economic relations, events management and account management, while her research interests include phenomenology, organizational learning, tourism and qualitative research.
